XGJ series wood pelletizer is our main product which has adopted the essence of pellet machine in oversea market. The heart part-double layer die has unique structural assembly and “rollers” are made of high wearable alloy materials.

A. wood pelletizer' Seven characteristics
1. Vertical feeding, so that the materials are directly in place.
2. Die is static and roller is rotary; materials are evenly distributed around because of centrifugal force.
3. Double-layer die. Two layers both can be used independently so the machine reduces the cost; What’s more, two layers of the die also can be used at the same time, in this way, the efficiency has been improved greatly.
4. One die with two different apertures. The pellets may have different specifications.
5. Macroporous die; wire joining circular tube; increasing travel; improving density.
6. Ring die and vertical structure are good for cooling the pelletizing room.
7. Independent and frequency conversion discharge device can ensure the rate of pellet formation.
