Main structure and work principle
This machine is symmetrical rolling machine, down up roller and then let up and down
rollers do opposite roll to bend steel plate.
B. This machine composed of two parts those are working part welded in whole chassis and moving part. Working part composed of left and right bearing base, one up roller, two bottom rollers (the material of the three rollers is 45#steel and do heat treatment), lifting screw and turbine and other accessory parts. Down rollers drive up roller to move, up roller can do up and down move by height way. Drive part composed of main motor, main speed reducer and other accessory parts.
C. Bottom rollers were drove by main motor through main speed reducer, output spindle of main speed reducer driven to two down rollers by one group gears, the revolve direction of rollers adjusted by main motor.
D. Upper roll lifted by accessory motor through vice speed reducer drive worm and worm wheel mechanism of right/left rolls bearing base. That to let the lifting pole do up and down move.
E. Unloading device is designed to remove the work piece after drums bended into shape. Before unloading the upper rolls move to up limit position, the balance device on upper rolls ends hit upper rolls ,draw out the spindle of the pin ,then to remove the work piece.

Working principle:
Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding,compressing the biomss to form into high density briquettes. During this process, no binder need to be used. So the ouput briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 1100~1300kg/m.

If the temperature of the raw water is higher or lower than 25°C when actual operation, the capacity is subject to change accordingly. In addition, the change of the quality of the raw water will also influence the output quality and capacity, which will be explained separately later.
The system is composed of three parts:RO filtration,fresh water replacement and electrical control.
The feed water was firstly filled into sediment filter, then feed into the RO system after pressurized by high pressure pump. The permeate water was feed into the permeat tank and the concentrate water was discharged or recovered. When stop operation, the equipment should be cleaned by fresh water replacement system.

make the biomass material into briquettes. After the well preparement of raw metarial, briquetting is easy at right operation of biomass briquette press. When machine rise to over 300 centigrade, the material can be feeding continuously into briquetting press. First, the color of briquettes may be a little dark even black, but after a while, the color will be light to normal level coming out of biomass briquette machine.
Appropriate Biomass Residues for Briquetting:
1. Effect of particle size and shape of the agro residues for densification. The ideal size was identified to be 3-5mm.
2. Effect of moisture. Ideal level was 8 to 12 per cent.
3. Effect of feed preheating studied and the temperature upto 90 to 110 degree centigrade for the feed was optimised.
4. Effect of temperature on the die was found important and the temperature at 280 to 290 0C was observed to be most appropriate
5. Effect of mixing rice husk with bagasse and bagasse pith to achieve the briquetting of these materials
Working Principle of Sawdust Briquette Machine:
Sawdust Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal,quadrangular, square,etc. As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process.
The process for producing charcoal briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
4. Carbonized the briquette stick

First, the color of briquettes may be a little dark even black, but after a while, the color will be light to normal level coming out of biomass briquette machine.
Appropriate Biomass Residues for Briquetting:
1. Effect of particle size and shape of the agro residues for densification. The ideal size was identified to be 3-5mm.
2. Effect of moisture. Ideal level was 8 to 12 per cent.
3. Effect of feed preheating studied and the temperature upto 90 to 110 degree centigrade for the feed was optimised.
4. Effect of temperature on the die was found important and the temperature at 280 to 290 0C was observed to be most appropriate
5. Effect of mixing rice husk with bagasse and bagasse pith to achieve the briquetting of these materials
Working Principle of Sawdust Briquette Machine:
Sawdust Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal,quadrangular, square,etc. As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process.
The process for producing charcoal briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
