Working Principle of Sawdust Briquette Machine:
Sawdust Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal,quadrangular, square,etc. As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process.
The process for producing charcoal briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
4. Carbonized the briquette stick
Characteristic of Biomass Briquette Machine:
1. No binder or noxious chemical need to use.
2. The humidity of the raw materials is controlled in 8-12%.

1. Our wood pelletizer machine (Patent NO:200720157337.9 ) with CE certificate adopted the techonology from Germany( KAHL )13 years ago. And our patent--Taper Shape Rollers reduce the friction between flat die and rollers, so the lifetime of the die and rollers lengthened a lot. It is your best choice to press biomass pellet, such as wood pellet, straw pellet, rice husk pellet and so on.
2. For SKJ3- Series wood pelletizer machine , we have the oil pump matched with the machine, which can lubricate the rollers automatically when they are working.
3. Because of the high pressure and stable operation, our wood pellet machine (flat die pellet mill) can make good density pellets without bond. The materials that can be used for making pellets by wood pelletizer machine are as follows:
Coarse fiber: wood sawdust, corn stalk, rice husk, cotton stalk, weeds, crop straw, paper, plastic, cocopeat, bran, home wastage, factory reject and so on.
Ourpelletizer machine can also make feed from corn, soybean, and so on. Also can be used for making biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer etc.

Working principle:
Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. make the biomass material into briquettes. After the well preparement of raw metarial, briquetting is easy at right operation of biomass briquette press. When machine rise to over 300 centigrade, the material can be feeding continuously into briquetting press. First, the color of briquettes may be a little dark even black, but after a while, the color will be light to normal level coming out of biomass briquette machine.
Appropriate Biomass Residues for Briquetting:
1. Effect of particle size and shape of the agro residues for densification. The ideal size was identified to be 3-5mm.
2. Effect of moisture. Ideal level was 8 to 12 per cent.
3. Effect of feed preheating studied and the temperature upto 90 to 110 degree centigrade for the feed was optimised.
4. Effect of temperature on the die was found important and the temperature at 280 to 290 0C was observed to be most appropriate

Working Principle of Sawdust Briquette Machine:

3. Effect of feed preheating studied and the temperature upto 90 to 110 degree centigrade for the feed was optimised.
4. Effect of temperature on the die was found important and the temperature at 280 to 290 0C was observed to be most appropriate
