It has two sets of completely independent tension/depth signal processing system. When operation software is started, one of them is used as the main system. The output of the main one is used for logging acquisition and display, and the other is as back up automatically. Its output can be monitored in real time in the software. When the main one is in trouble, the back up one can be switched to in the software.
When starting the tension/depth system next time, the parameters last time configured are maintained automatically.
The tension/depth can be displayed both at the position of winch operator and in logging software, and the tension/depth parameters can be input at either side. No matter at which side they are input, the values of the other side will be correspondingly changed. The two sets of tension/depth system parameters can be input respectively by selecting it as the main system in the logging software.
Without initiation of the surface system, the tension/depth system parameters can be set up by tension/depth display panel. On starting of the surface system, the logging software uses the tension/depth system parameters already set-up automatically.
It adopts 12VDC storage battery.

used to oil-gas disposal of oil tank of the filling station

1. General description:
Oil-gassaver™ oil-gas sealing condensed system of OPW company is the most advanced equipment of America which combines the most advanced high-tech membrane technique of nowadays in the world and quick condensed system, mainly used to oil-gas disposal of oil tank of the filling station.

Principle of work:

System equipment is started and the monitoring state of system equipment is maintained in accordance with pressure value of oil tank observed by monitoring system; when the pressure of the oil tank reaches starting value, the system starts to work. First, oil-gas passes through condensing equipment of the system, and part of the oil-gas is condensed into liquid oil. Oil-gas not completely condensed into liquid oil is sent to membrane film treatment equipment, and hydrocarbon of the gas mixture is carried out separating. After separation, the liquid oil and oil-gas of high density are sent back to oil tank to utilize, at the same time, pressure of oil tank is controlled to guarantee safety operation of oil tank.
Operating requirements:
1.When the pressure of underground tank increases to +0.1 inch(+2.54mm) water column, system equipment is started.
2.System equipment shall be closed automatically under the following condition
A·When the pressure of underground tank drops to -0.5 inch (-12.7mm) water column;
B·After system equipment has operated continuously for 10 minutes, system equipment shall be closed for 2 minutes, and liquid oil of oil-gas and liquid separator is discharged to underground tank. If the pressure of underground tank reaches starting value again, this system equipment shall be re-started.
3.The gas after film separating of system equipment is fresh air and discharged. The oil-gas content discharged into the air is monitored continuously to make it coincide with limits of CARB discharging standard.
4.As for installation and operation, the design of oil-gas sealing condensed system is compatible with phase 2 vacuum auxiliary oil-gas recovery system and on-board oil-gas recovery system, and it accords with the requirements of CARB discharging.
2. The disadvantages of uninstalled OPW Oil-gassaver™ oil-gas sealing condensed system:
1. Because of temperature effects or tanker offloading elbow, will lead to increased pressure inside the tank filling stations, oil and gas emissions in the atmosphere.
2.For filling station without the installation of secondary oil-gas recovery, in the process of oil filling, air isometric with oil pump capacity enters the oil tank through breather valve , causing oil volatilization and the pressure increase and increasing oil-gas discharging.
3.When there is leakage or normal discharging of phase 2 oil-gas recovery system, oil-gas recovery pipeline, accessories and fittings and vacuum pressure valve of the filling station, oil-gas shall be directly discharged into the air; assuring pressure of oil tank in a normal state shall avoid discharging.
4.When vehicles of the on-board oil-gas recovery system go to the filling station for oil filling, if two-stage oil-gas recovery action is carried out simultaneously, a great deal of air is caused to enter the oil tank, and the pressure of the oil tank increases. Oil-gas shall be discharged into the air directly.

The 9FX-100 type straw stalk crusher is the patented invention of our factory awarded in 2006, with the patent number of ZL200610043494. With the power of 55kw, it is mainly used to process crops straw stalks with water content of around 20%, thin limes below 30mm in diameter, and tree skins, etc. The length of the feeding material is not restricted, and the thickness of crushed output is adjustable. At present it mainly applies to many fields such like straw stalk briquetting, straw stalk granulated fuel, fodder, straw stalk construction material, straw stalk organic fertilizer, straw stalk oil refining, etc. Our company now has 12 supporting straw stalk briquetting factories domesticly, and the performance of the product is quite perfect. The current existing straw stalk briquetting machine has the disadvantages like low production, failing to produce ideal particles in one-time briquetting, and low density, etc. mainly because there is no suitable crusher available. Though many factories provide support crops cutters, their performances are not as good as expected. In particular, cotton stalks can not be briquetted at all after being chopped.
