1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
PHQ210A electro-liquid cementing tank is mainly used for mixing water, displacement fluids and/or cement spacer during cementing operation in oilfield and gasfield. The tank is designed as an integral skid, equiped with one centrifugal pump, two set of horizontal agitator. All the electric-control operation is orgnized on the control console, which is convenient and reliable to operate. The guardrail is assembled on the top of the tank which can ensure the security of the operators.

3. Working Principle
One 380V/50Hz three-phase alternator provide the power.
Centrifugal pump has the function of recirculating mixing, injection mixing,transfer and boosting.
Two agitators were driven by horizontal electro-motor. Double deck plate style blade are assembled on the end of agitator shaft.
