The raw material is agricultural and forestry residues like sawdust, straw, cotton stalk, wheat stalk, wood, branches. etc. Then we can get good charcoal with high density, long burning time and high heat value. Its a best seller in countries like Japan, South Korea, Turkey, and some other European countries etc, all with good price. We can also gather the smoke in carbonization and turn it into byproducts like combustive gas, electricity, wood tar and wood vinegar. After purifying and separation of tar and wood vinegar, we can get valuable byproducts which can be used in petrol, sanitizer, deodorizer, bitumen, anti-frost agents, good-quality paint, medicine, etc. The whole process from charcoal to byproducts is with no emission. Therefore the technology is suitable in most countries.
Moreover, the machines are all energy-saving and highly efficient. Power rating of crusher is from 15kw to 50kw for different models and output; for dryer is from 6.2kw to 11.45kw for different models and output; for molding machine is generally 11kw.And the kilns needs no electricity.
We have also achieved highest standard of automation. Dryer and molding machine can form fully-automatic line. And we are still aiming at greater improvements.
