In the past 18 years, our plant owns traditional experience in hydraulic system. The hydraulic wet powder ball presses have strong effect on hard materials, especially mineral fines and gypsum, during the running, the huge hydraulic push overcomes the component force of two rollers, and increase the main pressure to guarantee the centripetal force of two rollers,and increase density and strength of finished balling by times. Especially the dry powder ball presses mainly rely in the huge push of hydraulic system to compete the balling with dry powder, without the strong hydraulic pressure, the lime powder cannot be palletized at all.(Remember the hydraulic system is a drivinf pressure, and others just passive ones)
