Our briquette press machines are four-roller double-pressing type. This type of briquette machines can apply higher pressures and thus produce higher density briquettes.

1)This Biomass/Charcoal Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control is designed to produce high density charcoal. Briquetting is a process that converts biomass into briquettes under high pressure and high temperature.
2)Raw materials: sawdust, raw wood, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste, mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks, rice husks, forestry wastes, branches, wood chips, etc.
3)The whole process for making briquettes:
Crushing—Drying—Briquetting
4)The suitable briquetting size of the raw material should be 3-5mm as showed below
5)The suitable moisture content of the raw material for briquetting is 8-12%
