PHT208 Batch Mixer(Trailer Mounted)

PHT208 Batch Mixer(Truck Mounted) is mainly applied for land oilfield cementing operation when high quality slurry is required.
1. General Introduction
•PHT208 Trailer Mounted Continuous Batch Mixer is a new generation of continuous batch mixing truck developed by Jereh Group independently based on years of technologies and experiences of manufacturing cementing equipments.
•This unit is mainly applied for land oilfield cementing operation when the high quality slurry is required. The slurry is continuously mixed through automatic mixing system then be transferred into the batch mixing tank for more proportioned batch mixing.
•This unit can realize the operating mode that one mixing tank is mixing slurry while the other mixing tank is supplying the slurry. It can offer large quantity slurry for one operation.
•The unit is equipped with three sets of separate centrifugal pump systems for water injection, recirculation and boosting.
•The unit adopts closed loop hydraulic system to drive the centrifugal pump realize variable rotary. It can satisfy various operation conditions. The unit adopts an open loop hydraulic system to drive the agitator, cement cylinder and hydraulic radiator.
•The unit is equipped with continuous automatic density mixing system (AMS System) , which highly improves the work efficiency and makes it easy to operate. It also realizes the function of easy shifting between manual and automatic operation.
