The 9FX-100 type straw stalk crusher is the patented invention of our factory awarded in 2006, with the patent number of ZL200610043494. With the power of 55kw, it is mainly used to process crops straw stalks with water content of around 20%, thin limes below 30mm in diameter, and tree skins, etc. The length of the feeding material is not restricted, and the thickness of crushed output is adjustable. At present it mainly applies to many fields such like straw stalk briquetting, straw stalk granulated fuel, fodder, straw stalk construction material, straw stalk organic fertilizer, straw stalk oil refining, etc. Our company now has 12 supporting straw stalk briquetting factories domesticly, and the performance of the product is quite perfect. The current existing straw stalk briquetting machine has the disadvantages like low production, failing to produce ideal particles in one-time briquetting, and low density, etc. mainly because there is no suitable crusher available. Though many factories provide support crops cutters, their performances are not as good as expected. In particular, cotton stalks can not be briquetted at all after being chopped. The straw stalk crushers produced by our company can crush straw stalks into different degree of fineness, featuring fast briquetting and feeding, good formed shape, thick density.
