Gas producer is equiped with single bucket elevator and adopt the double seal bell jar feeding box to automatic stoking, wet ashing disk to automatic slag-out.
All of the furnace grate mechanical transmission are installed out of the furnace stack,and it has reliable operation,easy installation & maintenance. The water jacket and steam pocket of the gas producer are the low pressure equipments which designed through strength calculation. After the careful inspection the gas producer can be deliveried from factory. The steam which the gas producer produced can supply the furnace bottom wind drum and Ethan fire hole gland on the bottom to use. In the production process, the machine doesn’t need the foreigh added steam heat which can reduce the heat consumption.
