Natural gas (coal bed methane) liquefaction equipment
According to customer’s needs and the gaseous conditions of natural gas (coal bed methane), Endurance company propose the optimal technological process for natural gas (coal bed methane) liquefaction equipment. It will ensure the equipment operating reliably and economically by combining the advanced software calculating with practical engineering experience.The LNG (LCBM) equipment of Jinke Cryogenic is divided into three kind of process to meet different demands.
Exploiting the pressure difference of pipe network expansion process.
This kind of LNG equipment, which exploits the pressure difference between the origin station of natural gas (coal bed methane) and medium pressure pipeline network in cities for expantion refrigeration so that it will consume almost no power, can produce low-cost LNG, especially suitable for the urban-peak-shaving-type LNG equipment.
Technical Features
Ø Produce low-cost LNG by exploiting the pressure difference between gas transmission route and end-user pipeline and adopting the liquefaction process which combines expantion refrigeration with J-T throttling.
Ø Turbo-expander using booster braking process can recycle expansion power and reduce the equipment energy consumption, at the same time, Running efficiency can increase liquefaction rate.
Ø Using efficient plate-fin heat exchanger in cold box make it have a good heat insulation effect and a compact structure and easy to install.
Ø Using Distributed Control System(DCS)to enhance the level of automatic control devices.

Expansion refrigeration full liquefaction process
The process of expansion refrigeration, which can adopt refrigerant including nitrogen, methane and nitrogen + methane mixture, can achieve the entire liquefaction of natural gas (coal bed methane). Because of the high unit energy consumption, it is usually applied to small and medium scale LNG equipment.
Technical Features
Ø Simple process, and fewer equipments.
Ø Large turn-down ratio, the load can be regulated more quickly and easily, and it is beneficial to limit production to market ability.
Ø The refrigerant is gaseous ,making the cold box more simplify and compact. Therefore, it operates more secure.
Ø Furnished with DCS and ESD gives attention to both auto control and safe operation.

MRC full liquefaction process
MRC techniques adopts multi component refrigerant cycle (N2&C1~C5 mixture), to produce the different temperature level of refrigeration capacity required for LNG by exploiting the different boiling point of each component in the mixture, and applicable to large and medium scale LNG equipment.
Technical Features
Ø Low energy consumption. Unit energy consumption of liquefaction is 30% lower than expansion refrigeration cycle.
Ø Operable. According to our actual operating experience, the MRC process LNG equipment can easily startup, shut down and regulate the load, the time that required is almost the same as the expander process.
Ø High level of automation. It has been furnished with DCS.
Ø High security. It has been furnished wit ESD and FGS.
