The porous rate:70-80%.
Density: 400-700kg/m(concrete usually:1600-2400 kg/m)
Equipment: Store raw materials, grinding machine, mixing machine, molding maching, curing, roll-over hanger ,cutting machine, autoclave, crane, transporting etc
AAC(aerated autoclave concrete) is made from silicon material(silica sand, or recycled fly ash and silica gangue) and calcium material(lime, cement), mixing with foaming additive(aluminum powder),batching with water, the reaction between aluminum and concrete causes hydrogen bubbles to form, expanding the concrete to about five times of its original volume. It is made into the porous silicate products by the processes of concreting,rolling-over,cutting and autoclaving.
To manufacture AAC brick, cement is mixed with lime, silica sand, or recycled fly ash, water, and aluminum powder or paste. Material slurry can be held in the combination of the mould and the side plates, after setting, curing and foaming, it can be solidified into the blank. The side plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery, and fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.The slurry is poured into moulds where a chemical reaction occurs, the reaction between aluminum and concrete causes hydrogen in the mould for 45minutes, the high closed porous AAC unit is cut to size and formed by steam-curing in autoclave for 10 to 12 hours. The result is a non-organic, non-toxic, airtight material that can be used for wall, floor and roof panels, blocks.
With abundant air cells and porous unit inside the aerated brick, it has good performance of heat insulation and preservation. In addition, the most prominent advantage is its plasticity. Due to the lightness and the lower hardness, AAC units are availabe in numerous shapes and sizes according to the real construction usages and customer’s requirements.
