Hot Oil Unit is designed to carry out well cleaning and heating operation in land or desert oilfield.
Brief Introduction

1. The pipeline of this unit is designed reasonably and can meet different requirements of working conditions such as high temperature & high pressure, high temperature & low pressure, low temperature & high pressure, and low temperature & low pressure.
2. This unit features high thermal efficiency. It far exceeds domestic congeneric equipments in thermal efficiency on the same time.
3. The temperature can be automatically controlled. It functions automatic detection and alarm, which automatically stops to assure the safety of equipment and personnel in case of overpressure.
4. This unit is designed to carry out cleanout and heating operation in land or desert oilfield. Its main applications are as following.

² Clean the wax and other objects in pipeline.
² Clean the pipeline by pumping hot oil into the pipeline before oil well overhaul.
² The unit is equipped with a high pressure pump and oil tank and thus
can be used as a direct pressure supply device.
