1. Our bagasse pellet machine (Patent NO:200720157337.9 ) with CE certificate adopted the techonology from Germany( KAHL )13 years ago.
2. And our patent--Taper Shape Rollers reduce the friction between flat die and rollers, so the lifetime of the die and rollers lengthened a lot. It is your best choice to press biomass pellet, such as wood pellet, straw pellet, rice husk pellet and so on.
3. For SKJ3- Series pellet machine, we have the oil pump matched with the machine, which can lubricate the rollers automatically when they are working.
4. raw materails: Coarse fiber: wood sawdust, corn stalk, rice husk, cotton stalk, weeds, crop straw, paper, plastic, cocopeat, bran, home wastage, factory reject and so on.
Our pellet machine can also make feed from corn, soybean, and so on. Also can be used for making biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer etc.
