Coiled Tubing Unit
has 5000m coiled tubing at 1.1/2″ and can be widely used for drilling, well completion and well service. Its maximum working pressure is 15,000psi.
· The
coiled tubing unit
has its own power pack, control cabin, coiled tubing reel, injector and wellhead pressure control device and thus does not need extra power from tractor.
· A dedicated lorry cane is equipped with the unit for lifting the injector and wellhead pressure control device.
· The control cabin is spacious and can be hydraulically raised and lowered freely and it also has better noise and heat resistance and better anti-corrosion performance.
· The coiled tubing can be changed easily. The tubing reel has core diameter at 72’’, applicable for coiled tubing diameter lower than 1.3/4″.
· The injector is good for 1″~2.3/8″tubing with foldable 72″gooseneck.
· The coiled tubing unit has strong control capacity and it can work with well under pressure without pollution and damage to the oil and gas layer.
· The unit has good motility, easy installation and removal which greatly shorten well service time.
