Introduction:
This carbonization furnace is the cylinder shape. And this model stove consists of main furnace (outer stove), carbon basket (inner stove), and fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment. It is our newly carbonization furnace, and it can used for carbonized the wood log, coconut shell, briquette etc, it have the advantage: easy-operation, energy-saving and no pollution .

wood logs, coconut shell, Macadamia shell, bamboo, sawdust briquette and so on

Operation

When one carbon basket have been finished carbonization, use the hoisting tools hoist the carbon basket from the main furnace, then let the carbon basket natural cooling, at the same time, put another carbon basket into the main furnace, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increase a lot.
