This product is a oily liquid modulated by mineral oil, antirust additives, dehydrating additives and solvent.
1,Application
Used in removing the running water, antirust water, the sodium chloride solution, the cutting liquid, the phosphating liquid and the metal cleansing agent on metal surface, and quickly attach a lubricant film on its surface to prevent the corrosion caused by the moisture and the atmosphere. It is mainly used on the working procedure to dehydrate, makes the short-term rust prevention (3-6 months), and also may use in the dehydrated clean processing before the work piece sealing for a long time. It is used widely and the craft is simplified.

3.Usage method
3.1 If there is the greasy dirt or the iron filings on the metal parts surface, should first clean in the gasoline or in the surfactant solution, then plunge in the dehydrated antirust oil, the time should be more than 30s. If often swings, the effect will be better. The components with hole and the blind hole inner cavity certainly must be washed by rolling to guarantee thorough dehydration.
3.2 After the dehydration, should prevent components two times from getting wet, touch directly by the hand and other harmful pollution.
3.3 The bottom of dehydrated oil tank should be the conical, and is loaded with the valve which is advantageous to discharges water or pollutant in the tank regularly; The conical department upper end should have the netted interlayer which can limit the separated moisture content to flow in the oil. Before the draining, there should be more than 5 minutes for dehydrated oil and water staticly disengagement.
4. Notes
In the processing, should maintain the oil liquid clean, examine frequently the dehydrated performance, the aqueous solution acidity and alkalinity and the corrosion property and so on. Once finding the problem, should renew promptly. Directly removing emulsifying liquid, will affect the performance and the lifetime of the dehydrated oil. It had better water cleaning when using this product .
