efficient centrifugal pellet mill

A. Seven characteristics
1. Vertical feeding, directly in place.
2. Die is static and rollers are rotary; materials are evenly distributed around because of centrifugal force.
3. Double-layer die. Two layers both can be used independently so the machine reduces the cost; What’s more, two layers of the die also can be used at the same time, in this way, the efficiency has been improved greatly.
4. One die with two different apertures. The pellets may have different specifications.
5. Macroporous die; wire joining circular tube; increasing travel; improving density.
6. Ring die and vertical structure are good for cooling the pelletizing room.
7. Independent and frequency conversion discharge device can ensure the rate of pellet formation.

B. Four differences
1.
Upward mould, special structure, vertically feeding and easier heat dissipation:
the material is feeded into the pelletizing room vertically and is well placed; no other pressing device is needed. The feed inlet of ring die pellet mill is set in one side, so light material is hard to get into the pelletizing room and other special force pressing device is needed, what’s more important, the lifetime of gearing(gear, bearing) is shorten as the pelletizing room couldn’t dissipate the heat and be cooled. Flat die pellet mill has two structures, but both have many disadvantages that are hard to get rid of even they can be feeded vertically. (1) Die rotates to make rollers run, the output will be effected as material is easily arched which lead to uneven feeding. (2) When the rollers rotate while the die is static, which could avoid the arching of material, but centrifugal force is caused which will swing the material in the pelletizing room to the periphery. And that will cause the upward flat die with evenly distributing pellet holes in it has no material to press in the center, then material piles up unevenly in thickness.

2. Die static, roller rotating, material centrifugal and distributed around evenly
: using a unique double-layer high rebounding-effect die, naturally and evenly distribute in the die’s inner surface. Ring-die pellet mill’s rollers are static and die is rotary so there is no centrifugal force, unevenly distributed material. Flat-die pellet mill’s rollers can rotate to generate centrifugal force, but the die hole is inconsistencies with the material force.

3. Double-layer die, multi-function, high efficiency
: die has upper parts and lower parts, customers can choose two different specifications of aperture to produce different specifications of pellets. When pelletizing good bonding materials, we can heighten the rollers and two-layer dies to reach four-fold capacity. No flat die or ring die pellet mill can do this.
4.
Macroporous die, wire joining circular tube, increasing travel, improving density.
Since the die is static while making briquettes, it is likely for us to join circular tube with wire out of aperture when we press large-diameter briquette. In this way, we will get a long journey, small size and low-cost die. At the same time, the finished product’s density can be enhanced (density of finished briquette can be changed through adjusting the length of circular tube). Normally, ring die pellet mill’s die is rotating and it is impossible to join circular tube with wire, so we can not reduce die’s cost when the machine presses the large diameter briquette. Flat die pellet mill also can not do this.
