The unit is equipped with JR advanced wireless data acquisition system to real-time detect and record the pressure, Nitrogen discharge flow rate and temperature and burner temperature, etc.
The ADFV nitrogen vaporizer incorporates advanced burner design technology combining technologies of both burner air distribution and furnace temperature control. Each of the eight burners operates independently providing for more reliability and efficient nitrogen temperature control.
A standing pilot igniting control system is provided for quick response and no need for propane.
The nitrogen coil discharge temperature is monitored by the control system and automatically cycles the burners as necessary, managing the nitrogen discharge temperature. Combustion air temperature entering the coil is monitored and will automatically trim burners to prevent over temperature of the process coil. Bluetooth communications is available.
Fan speed automatic control system keeps the fan speed invariable when the engine speed changes and requires no additional hydraulic power pack.
ADVF nitrogen vaporizer features safety operation and reliable ignition. The nitrogen discharge temperature is automatically controlled and adjusted in full range flow rate of high pressure pump.
