SYI manufactures Wind Turbine Flanges & Shaft since 2001 and our monthly output is more than 3000 tons.


Product Information:


1), Sizes: Max. 5000mm for Flanges and Max. Dia. 1000mm & Length 15000mm for Shaft;


2), Material: S355NLZ25, 42CrMo etc.


3), Standard: As per the customers’ drawings;


4), Process: Ring Rolling, Forging;


5), Packing: steel pallets or as per customers' special requirement;


6), Delivery: usually within 5 weeks after receiving the formal order;

7), Inspection: factory in-house or Third Party inspection available upon request
