HSC240 truck mounted sand blender is mainly for the sand control and fracturing operation in land and desert. This sand blender is suitable to accurately blend, circulate and transport the sand glue liquid for the sand control operation.
This sand blender will be capable of operating in ambient temperature ranges of -20-- +50 and suitable for the requirement of driving in the off way and desert road.
Equipped with Continued blending Automatic Mixing system developed by Jereh independently and realize the variable control, easy operation, high working efficiency and quickly changing the manual and automatic shifts .
The microcomputer control system can realize the real-time monitoring, controlling and recording the sand ratio, discharging rate, capacity of conveying sand (instantaneous & accumulated), additive chemical liquid volume (instantaneous & accumulated), etc. All these assure the quality of job.
The main components, hydraulic parts and instruments are all imported products with high reliability. The operation panel is equipped with all kinds of instruments and control valve, which can realize the centralized control and convenient operation.
